Twin Flame: Introducing How to Know 6 Twin Flame Stages

Twin Flame Stages A Twin Flame experiences a strong spiritual attraction. Twin Flames have a main purpose of assisting humanity shift their consciousness. Twin Flames face many obstacles in their relationship to heal all their personal emotional baggage. Twin Flame Stage 1: Preparation I had four major relationships in my 30’s. I had few relationship skills as a result of being codependent and sorely lacking in knowing how to express my emotions. These relationships ended painfully. Yes, as karmic soul mate relationships, in spite of the pain, I progressed in my personal growth. With the ending of the fourth relationship, however, I decided because of the pain I no longer wanted a relationship for the rest of my life. I believed myself incapable of loving. So unlike these who seek a Twin Fame, I had never heard of this type of relationship. Neither my personality or my soul had any yearning to find the perfect love as described for some in Twin Flame stage 1. Twin Flame Stage 2: Glimpse Heaven on Earth I met my Twin Flame, Lyn, after living in Los Angeles for 15 years and then returning to Canada the country of my birth. When I first met her in Toronto Ontario to teach a weekend healing seminar before returning to Los Angeles, I felt no attraction. In a group of 30 strangers, Lyn recognized me right away once I brought the healing energy through me. She said nothing to me at the time. She waited to see if I would recognize her. Lyn, like me, knew nothing about Twin Flames. She like me had also given up on relationships as they turned out to be so unsatisfying. Before coming to Toronto, I had experienced a dark night of the soul for a number of months and felt wrung out and bedraggled. Lyn, however, told me later that when I turned on the healing energy I “lit” up. She knew me right away. She went home and told her dad, “I met the man I am going to marry.” With the overwhelming success of the first healing seminar, two months later I returned to teach a second healing energy seminar. At the end the two days, Lyn and I hugged. I felt a sense of expanding into the Universe and coming home in her arms; two souls recognizing their connection and completeness.

What Unique Inner Subpersonalities Challenge Your Happiness?

The subpersonality of the Sage, Warrior and Nurturer represent the three stages of linear change: Transfiguration, transformation and transmutation. The average person goes through these stages again and again … But some portions of the insights are not gained during each stage. Thus, there are unevolved parts of us that fall behind; stay immature. Almine, Mystic and Visionary What are Subpersonalities? Subpersonalities originally formed to protect us. If we find them triggered often, then they also hinder our emotional and spiritual growth or just finding joy in our lives. A simple way to explain subpersonalities – do you still experience different critical self-talk in your head? These voices indicate unhealed trauma or unresolved conflicts within us. Subpersonalities act as a range of behaviors and feelings which work outside our consciousness and even against our conscious intentions. Some relate to different roles in our lives, some as a result of traumas from childhood. Healing our subpersonalities involves balancing and then transcending them. The following is a brief summary of the teachings of Almine, Mystic & Visionary on our subpersonalities which include our inner child, nurturer, sage and warrior. I like Almine’s approach in contrast to known psychological methods to subpersonalities, as she sees healing them as a way to greater spiritual growth.

How to Best Heal Your Sub-personalities Inner Warrior

Sub-personalities: Inner Warrior/Warrioress As one of our Sub-personalities the Healthy Inner Warrior/Warrioress protects our boundaries and prevents anything that would dis-empower us. The Warrior or Warrioress wields our left brain to control life or have power over something. Examples: Dominatrix; Hero; Protector; Quester. Sub-personalities: Dysfunctional Warrior • The Dysfunctional Warrior indulges in thinking limiting or dis-empowering thoughts which can create limited manifestation. • The Dysfunctional Warrior lacks awareness of what he likes or needs to nourish his strength. • The Dysfunctional Warrior fights situations in the world without knowing that he strengthens that which he opposes. He has yet to learn we empower that which we focus energy on.

The duty of the inner sage is to use discernment to keep the other sub-personalities aligned. Almine, Mystic and Visionary Sub-personalities Inner Sage The Healthy Sub-personalities Inner Sage or Wise Woman exerts command of inner knowing to discern what truth is. Examples of the Sage or Wise Woman include the Hermit or Crone, Magician or Priestess, Saint and Savior. Dysfunctional Sub-personalities Inner Sage • The Dysfunctional Sage looks for truth outside herself or himself. • The Dysfunctional Sage rather than using his gift of discernment, judges a situation or person. Note on Sub-personalities: Sub-personalities neglect their roles when dysfunctional. As a result, the Inner Child may show up at inappropriate times because it lacks nurturing and feels unsafe and unwanted. The Inner Child can then take over a role which it lacks the required skills to resolve in a healthy way. For Example the Inner Child: • May show up in place of the Nurturer and play the joker instead of being intimate in a relationship. • May show up in place of the Sage and react out of emotional hysteria rather than having the Sage’s skill of discernment. • May show up in place of the Warrior and create havoc instead bringing about a peaceful solution. Healthy Sub-personalities Inner Sage The Healthy Sage communes with the Divine within rather than searching outside himself for others to give him the truth or spiritual direction.

Sub-personalities: Healthy and Whole When our sub-personalities have expression and healed we have a stable inner family including the inner child, nurturer, sage and warrior. This healthy connection we feel safe within ourselves. On the other hand, unhealthy sub-personalities engage in codependent behaviors in relationships using their power to manipulate. When healed they respond rather than react otherwise, dysfunction equals powerlessness.  A Light-worker masters being present in the moment; this requires being consciously aware of their sub-personalities and choosing to heal them. Balancing and healing our sub-personalities on the psychological or horizontal plane precedes moving into higher vertical levels of Light and consciousness. In ancient Egypt, the initiate going through the side temples (horizontal plane)to reconnect the sub-personalities prior to entering the Great Pyramid (vertical plane) reflected this. Almine, Mystic & Visionary Reconnecting the healthy expression of our sub-personalities propels us into joy and freely giving. Miracles can happen.

How to Best Heal Your Sub-personalities Inner Nurturer

The sub-personalities are the emotional components and acquiring balance between them is crucial to stop co-dependent patterns with others. Almine, Mystic and Visionary Sub-personalities: Dysfunctional Nurturer The dysfunctional Nurturer controls our lives through feelings by using our unconscious right brain. It focuses only on feeling good i.e., a physical life of sensuality. Another aspect of the dysfunctional Nurturer involves it nurturing everyone else except itself. Some examples include the codependent, people pleaser and the rescuer. The dysfunctional Nurturer can be a controlling or judgmental or critical perfectionist parent. Examples of dysfunctional Nurturer include the addict, codependent, people pleaser or rescuer, as well as different types of parents like the authoritarian father or mother, controlling father or mother, critical father or mother, negative father or mother, perfectionistic father or mother, punishing father or mother and withdrawn father or mother. Note: If you had dysfunctional parents, we can reparent our inner child by being an unconditional loving parent to ourselves.

How to Overcome Subpersonalities for Spiritual Growth

Man is the densest of all beings; the microcosm of the macrocosm As such he is the pivot point of cosmic chance. Balancing the inner subpersonalities, he sets in motion a ripple effect that closes down the illusion of time and space. ~Almine, Mystic & Visionary What are Subpersonalities? Subpersonalities originally formed to protect us. If we find them triggered often, then they also hinder our emotional and spiritual growth or just finding joy in our lives. A simple way to explain subpersonalities – do you still experience different critical self talk in your head? These voices indicate unhealed trauma or unresolved conflicts within us. • Many different personality selves or subpersonalities live within each of us. Each has its own feelings and thoughts. • They form at different ages as a result of life experiences to protect us. • You may have experienced the people pleaser, the wounded inner child, or the critic that limits your finances. These represent a few examples of subpersonalities of as many as up to 12 in the average person. • Subpersonalities act as a range of behaviors and feelings which work outside our consciousness and even against our conscious intentions. Some relate to different roles in our lives, some as a result of traumas from childhood.
