How to Best Let Go of Resistance Now

How to Best Let Go of Resistance Now Introduction: Life is a beautiful adventure. Resistance creates tension and anxiety. Our life of the outer world, our thoughts and our emotions. These change constantly. Michael Singer’s Living Untethered, describes your journey of acceptance of reality. It helps you. achieve freedom, peace, and inner enlightenment. You will find out who you are, what the outside world is, and why and how your thoughts and emotions change. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to accept reality and surrender to the flow. In other words, how to let go and live your life “untethered.” You discover your real self and the difference between willful and automatic thought. Three powerful techniques help you let go. Chapter 1. What’s in it for Me? What is our inner monologue or stream of consciousness? But what is it exactly, and why does it never stop talking? If you pause for a minute, you will hear it. Your inner train of thought hardly ever stops to take a break! Your first step toward enlightenment: Start paying attention to your inner voice. You also need to understand that your thoughts never define you. They’re only outputs of your consciousness. Your consciousness is the part of your brain. It spends all day processing your thoughts and feelings. This is the information your senses pick up. Start paying attention to your inner voice, notice that it follows certain patterns. Sometimes it makes you worried, upset or surprised. It also influences your emotions. Sometimes we get caught up in our thoughts. We forget they’re actually objects of our consciousness. This is the difference between our self and personal self. Your self is your pure consciousness, which flows as it likes. Your personal self is the way you perceive yourself. This is the patterns of your thoughts. If you often feel sad, for example, you may start to think of yourself as a sad person. If you’re always envious of others, you might see yourself as a jealous person. To become enlightened, accept that these thoughts and feelings never define you. The real you is aware of the role these thoughts and feelings play. Chapter 2. Well of Energy. Consciousness is a wonderful, mysterious thing. It’s like the energy we all have inside ourselves. If you can learn to flow with this energy, you can do about anything. Like the energy of the physical world, there’s an internal energy inside you. Imagine that your partner broke up with you. Since then, you’ve been lying in bed, feeling depressed and lethargic. Then one day your ex calls you up, saying they never should’ve left you. They want to come over. You may feel a sudden burst of energy. This energy is chi in Chinese medicine, and shakti in the yoga tradition. If you want to feel it, you need to open your mind and let it flow. Inner energy may seem intangible. It’s actually very real. It’s a resource that’s waiting for you to tap into. We don’t feel it constantly because we tend to subconsciously block it. We break its natural flow. Picture yourself driving down the road. As you move along, you’ll notice buildings, traffic lights, people and trees. Then suddenly you think you see your “ex” walking down the street, holding hands with someone else. You keep driving, but your consciousness becomes consumed by this image. You return to this over and over again in your mind. It’ll make you anxious and jealous, Unable to relax. In situations like this, let negative thoughts pass through you. Otherwise, your inner energy will build, but become blocked.Unreleased energy can lead to negative emotions, like depression.Your consciousness has a bad habit of focusing on negative things. There’s a reason we evolved this way. Focusing on our predators made us more likely to survive! Chapter 3. A Fear Free Life. How can you put your fear and anxiety aside to live a more enjoyable life? Fear is also an object of your consciousness. You can deal with it in two ways: recognize its presence and let it go, or run away from it. We often bottle it up. We even structure our lives so nothing ever triggers fear, to protect ourselves. Think about any time you’ve had a splinter in your finger. If you touch it, it hurts. You may find it difficult to sleep because you’re bumping it. In this situation, you have two choices. Change your movements so nothing ever touches the splinter, pull it out.Letting go of your fear is like removing a splinter. Accept that your fear is a separate thing you need to remove. Fear is the result of blocked inner energy. When your natural flow energy gets blocked, it is unable to reach your heart.Your heart will become weaker, and more susceptible to fear. Enlightenment is reaching awareness of fear. Never let it take over your life. Chapter 4. Widen Consciousness. Letting go of your thoughts and feelings is the key to spiritual growth. But what if you train your consciousness to turn away from your thoughts and emotions? What if your consciousness transcends all that? Your consciousness is tightly bound up in a mental construct shaped over the years. This functions like a cage that you are unable to escape. We impose mental boundaries on our own minds. This protects us from anything we feel threatens our idea of who we are. Letting go, your consciousness expands. Your consciousness is so focused on your thoughts that it tunes everything else out. Buddhists call this clinging. Clinging builds a cage. When you let go, you realize freedom. When you let these thoughts flow, your consciousness expands. This is how you transcend your personal self. Death is frightening. It also gives life meaning. What would you do today if you knew it was your last day? Chapter 5. Idea of Death. Yogis and saints have always embraced death. In the words of St. Paul, “Oh death, where is thy sting? Oh

Untethered Soul Michael Singer

UNTETHERED SOUL Michael Singer: The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself by Michael A. Singer is a #1 New York Times bestseller. It offers a transformative guide to consciousness, mindfulness, and inner peace. It teaches readers to observe their inner dialogue. Also, it shows how to detach from limiting thoughts and emotions. You live in the present moment to achieve lasting happiness. What can you do each day to discover inner peace and serenity? The Untethered Soul offers simple yet profound answers. Introduction: Overcome Disruptive Emotions We’ve all been there. Wrapped up in our own toxic thoughts, we get jealous, sad or even afraid. These negative emotions make us feel less and less like the person we really want to be. The mind is certainly amazing, pushing us to great heights in creativity and power. It can take us low, undercutting all good thoughts and submerging us in negativity. You can overcome the thoughts and emotions that keep you from your goals. We all have a little voice in our heads. Conquering fear is like removing a painful splinter in your finger. Chapter 1: Listen to Your Dialogue It is our inner monologue, the style in which author James Joyce wrote Ulysses. Why does it never stop talking? If you pause for a minute, you should be able to hear it. Your inner train of thought hardly ever stops to take a break! Your first step is to start paying attention to your inner voice. Understand that your thoughts don’t define you. They’re simply outputs of your consciousness. Your consciousness is the part of your brain. It spends all day processing your thoughts and feelings. When you start paying attention to your inner voice. Sometimes it makes you worried, upset or surprised. It also influences your emotions. Look at the difference between your Self and personal self. Your Self is your pure consciousness, which flows as it likes. Your personal self is the way you perceive yourself and the patterns of your thoughts. If you often feel sad, for example, you may start to think of yourself as a sad person. Accept that these thoughts and feelings never define you. Your sadness isn’t you. Chapter 2: Well of Energy Inside You Consciousness is the energy we have inside ourselves. Learn to flow with this energy. This energy or chi in Chinese medicine, and shakti in the yoga tradition. To feel it, open your consciousness and let it flow. You will be unable to feel it, if you subconsciously block it. Practice letting negative thoughts pass through you. Otherwise, your inner energy becomes blocked. Unreleased energy can lead to negative emotions, like depression. You may have a habit of focusing on negative things. In our evolution, we survived by focusing on predators. This trait, creates fear and anxiety. Chapter 3: Transcend Fear How can you put your fear and anxiety aside to live a more enjoyable life? Fear is also an object of your consciousness. You can deal with fear in two ways. Recognize it and let it go. Or you can run away from it. You may just bottle it up. We even structure our lives so nothing ever triggers fear, to protect ourselves from it. Think about any time you’ve had a splinter in your finger. If you touch it, it hurts. You may find it difficult to sleep at night because you’re accidentally bumping it. In this situation, you have two choices. Change your behavior and movements so nothing ever touches the splinter. or attack the problem and pull it out. Letting go of your fear is just like removing a splinter. Accept that your fear is just a separate thing you need to remove – it’s not a part of you. Fear is ultimately the result of blocked inner energy. When your natural flow of energy gets blocked, it can’t reach your heart. Your heart will become weaker, and more susceptible to fear. Enlightenment isn’t about eliminating fear – that would be unrealistic. The goal is to reach a point where you’re aware of fear, but you don’t let it take over your life. Chapter 4: Transcend Your Personal Self Letting go of your thoughts and feelings is the key to spiritual growth. Your consciousness is tightly bound up in your personal self; thoughts and feelings. We impose mental boundaries on our own minds. This is for protecting ourselves from anything we feel threatens us. Buddhists call this clinging. As long as you go on clinging, you’re building a cage for yourself. When you let go, thoughts flow and your consciousness expands. Chapter 5: Idea of Death Yogis and saints have always embraced death. In the words of St. Paul, “Oh death, where is thy sting? Oh grave, where is thy victory?” Reflecting on death can actually make your relationships truly meaningful. Perhaps you are a jealous person. You see your wife talking to another man at a party. This upsets you. What if you take a moment to reflect on what would happen if you died? Do you want to be the only person who ever cared for her? When you reflect on death, you realize the most important thing is for your wife to be happy. Reflecting on death helps you focus on what’s important.  Now imagine that you know you’re going to die in a week. How would that change your life? How would you spend your final days? If something’s important. that you’d want to Do it before you die. Chapter 6: Finding the Balance Between Extremes. The Tao The Tao Te Ching, one of the world’s most profound spiritual teachings, holds that there’s a way. This Tao between extremes leads to the best result. The same is true for everything in life. When we lose our way from this balanced path, we also lose a lot of energy. Instead, keep to the path. You’ll keep your energy, which will empower you. Conclusion: The key message in this book: You aren’t your

How To Free Yourself Now: Four Agreements Of Spiritual Wisdom

November 2025 Newsletter Update Four Agreements Don Miguel Ruiz Spiritual Wisdom Introduction: The Four Agreements written by Don Miguel Ruiz. It is based on Toltec spiritual wisdom from Mexico before the Aztecs. The Four Agreements: Be impeccable with your word. Don’t take anything personally. Don’t make assumptions. Always do your best. Are you ready to transform your life now? We’re Taught Strict Rules as Children: The Toltec were an ancient society of artists and scientists. They explored, saved and passed on spiritual knowledge from their ancestors. What can these teachings tell us today?  They can help us enjoy freedom and peace within. The First Agreement is being Impeccable with Your Word: Social norms impose the language we speak as well as the content of our dreams. Norms are taught to us by parents, schools, religions and other influential forces. We accepted these rules. If we rebelled, we may have been punished. When we accepted the rules, we received more attention from parents and teachers. The rules get lodged deep with us. We become compliant; domesticated. There’s a different way. We can break free by establishing new agreements for ourselves. You can choose being Impeccable with Your Word. You Don’t Need to Take Things Personally: The words you use are powerful and can either liberate or enslave you. Your word lets you communicate and express yourself. It transforms the way you think. Your words create ideas in your mind. They shape your sense of reality and affect the opinions of others. Consider this story. A woman had a daughter whom she loved with all her heart. One day, the woman arrived home, wishing to have some quiet time alone. Yet, her daughter was in a happy mood, boisterously singing. Losing control over herself, the woman yelled at her daughter. “You have a stupid voice! Shut up!” The daughter believed what her mother had said. She made an agreement with herself that her voice was bothersome. She didn’t sing for a long time. The daughter took the experience personally. Words can enslave us. How often have you told yourself you’re not good enough? Each time you do this you’re making an agreement. 3.Don’t Make Assumptions: Instead of making assumptions, ask questions. Have you ever assumed something was wrong with one of your relationships? For instance, the other person failed to say “hi” one time. This is an example of how assumptions create problems. When you make assumptions, you think that your thoughts must be true. This is a major issue as most assumptions have little basis in reality. When the truth becomes clear, you see it has an entirely different meaning. Imagine you’re walking through a city when a beautiful person catches your eye. They shoot you a beaming smile. You might immediately assume that the person likes you. Such assumptions can also cause serious problems in relationships. People often assume that their partners know what they’re thinking. As a result, people believe that their partners will do what they want. Then they get disappointed and angry when they don’t. You may make assumptions about yourself. Maybe you think you can do something. When you fail you feel bad for overestimating yourself. In reality, you might have needed to ask more questions to succeed. Assumptions are damaging. You can replace them with courageous questions instead. If a friend doesn’t greet you, rather than assuming something’s wrong, you might ask, “What’s going on?” That means asking as many questions as you need to get total clarity on the issue. By asking questions, you’ll get closer to the truth rather than feel the desire to assume. Those are the first three agreements. Coming up you’ll learn about the fourth. This will help you put the first three into action. Always Do Your Best, even if it constantly changes: Do you remember your parents or teachers telling you to do your best when you were a kid? Doing your best always depends on the situation, you’re in. Give it all you’ve got. You won’t need to blame or judge yourself. Doing your best changes from day to day. On certain days, your best will be stellar. Other days it might not be so great. Consider how different you are in the morning when you’re full of energy. Compare this to late at night when you’re exhausted after a long day. You must keep this in mind because if you try to go beyond your best at any given moment, you’ll end up depleted and worn out. So, to do your best, do things for their own sake. A great example here is salary. You’ll never do your best if your only motivation is your paycheck. Most people do their job for the money rather than enjoying it. As a result, most people have jobs that feel difficult; joyless. This lack of fulfillment means that people need to distract themselves. On weekends they party, or drink. So, if doing your best means working hard because you love the task at hand, you’ll perform better. Your work will begin to feel effortless. In always doing your best increases the power of all the other agreements. It helps freeing yourself. Break With Your Old Agreements and Find Freedom: Old agreements cause you suffering. Here are three ways to break with them and free yourself. 1.The first relates to the dream you’re living right now. The dream of the first attention. You can start changing your dream and believing whatever you want. You can begin noticing what you learned as a child isn’t the sole truth. Thus, you can alter your dream and create the dream of the second attention. Begin by noticing the fear-based beliefs that cause you unhappiness. Break them apart bit by bit. Replace them with new beliefs like the Four Agreements. 2.The second way to become free corresponds to the Toltec belief. It’s that a parasitic organism in control of your mind. To break free practice forgiveness. This cuts off the parasite’s food supply. 3.The

Eckhart Tolle The Power of Now Spiritual Guide

September 2025 Newsletter Update   Introduction Many of us spend our time either trapped in a regret-filled past or anxious about a future we want to control. The Power of Now spiritual guide Eckhart Tolle provides you with several methods for directing the relationships of your past, present, and future. At the heart of Tolle’s practice is living in the present moment as a way to avoid most of the pain. His book focuses on the connection between the mind and suffering. He shows the self-destructive ways in which we use our minds. The Power of Now has helped millions of people to improve their lives. Chapter 1: Improve Your Life Do you know the steps to improve your life? Well, the first step may be easier than you imagine. Do you tend to live in the past or in the future? Are you living with regret or worry? Do you neglect the present moment? Only the present. Nothing ever occurs in the past or future. Things happen only in a continuous stream of present moments. Whenever you feel something, experience it in the present. There are no advantages to worrying about the future or dwelling in the past. Thus, you’ll experience no major problems, only small ones to deal with as they arise. Live in the present! Stop fearing the future. Chapter 2: Part of You Needs Pain to Survive What if you manage to live in the present? You have no worry about the past or future. What happens when you then experience pain? If pain is felt in the present moment, how can you deal with both physical and emotional suffering? Pain is self-created inner resistance to external things. You have no control over them. Your pain manifests itself on an emotional level as a negative feeling. Another aspect of self-created pain is the “pain-body,” a part of the self that needs you to feel pain so it can survive. Since the pain-body is composed of your painful experiences. It grows and strengthens whenever you experience pain. This cycle can continue until the pain becomes an essential part of you. You have fully identified with your pain-body. For example, when something annoys you, you feel yourself getting angry. Your pain-body has taken control. The good news is that because it’s self-created, you can do something about it. Find out how in the next chapter.   Chapter 3: Ego Have you ever wondered why some people seem to sabotage themselves? Why are so many people unhappy? Your ego mind controls your thoughts and behavior without you noticing. Do you know the extent to which your ego controls your life? Your ego depends on your misery for its continued existence. It obstructs happiness at every turn. Some people sabotage their own happiness. They decide to stay in destructive and painful relationships. The ego leads you into conflict with others. It makes you unhappy with your current situation. It can then gain control over your behavior and thinking. For example, whenever two or more egos come together, drama ensues. This is seen in offices and households. You may find yourself suddenly in a fiery debate over a minor issue. For instance, whose turn is it to clean the kitchen? If you allow your ego to control, it will bring you much suffering.   Chapter 4: Focus on the Body Separate yourself from your mind and pay attention to your body. The mind handles pain. It produces pain by continually bringing up memories of the past or by planning for the future. Thus, it prevents you from living in the present. You constantly worry about things you’re unable to change. That leads to pain. Start shifting your focus from the mind to the body. Your body knows what’s best for you. Listen to your body. You will get what is important in your life. Nobody has ever found insight while concentrating on the mind and ignoring the body. A vivid illustration is seen in the Buddha’s six-year abstinence. He did this to separate himself from his body. Did he feel more peace? No! He gave up these practices. Then he felt at one with his body once more.   Chapter 5: Free Yourself from Pain Before you realized your mind creates pain. It interferes with living in the present. How do you detach from your mind? Become fully conscious of it. One way is observing the mind. This creates a gap in the flow of thinking. Notice how much the continuous flow of your mind occupies you. This is a primary tool for interrupting your mind and thus separating from it. A second method is to observe your mind without judging. Judging is an act of the mind. Thus, you are back to using your mind again. If in the middle of your work you feel like running, follow that impulse. Go outside and run. You may hear an inner nagging voice. “Right now, you should be working rather than wasting time!” Rather than judging that voice, smile, and accept it. You’re learning to notice your mind without following it.   Chapter 6: State of Permanent Alertness Another mind technique is active waiting. All your attention is focused on the now moment. With active waiting, there’s no time for daydreaming, planning, or remembering. These distract you from the present. For example, while taking an exam, you waste no time worrying about the results. You remain fully present and pay close attention to the exam. Entering a state of active waiting shortly before and during the exam can help you. You also pay attention to your body. It has to be ready for anything to occur. This focus on the body is crucial to living in the present. Many spiritual teachers recommend this state of waiting to their pupils. They believed it led to a good life.   Chapter 7: Improve Relationships After following the steps previous chapters, you’re now able to live in the present. You are no longer completely

The Hidden Power of Each Five Heart Stage

August 2025 Newsletter Update INTRODUCTION Empower your thoughts, balance emotions, and unlock health and abundance. This practice involves focusing on each heart stage, taking deep breaths, and feel appreciation.  There are Five Hearts: 1 Dark Heart, 2 Propelled Heart, 3 Steady Heart, 4 Devoted Heart, and 5 Clear Heart. Heart Align Meditation: The heart and brain work in perfect harmony, creating a sense of connection.  Dark Heart Stage: In the first stage, we may feel disconnected and overwhelmed by stress or confusion. Breathe in love, and when you exhale, broadcast the love in your heart to the world. Heart Aligned Meditation: Compassion comes from forgiveness, shifting your awareness into your heart.  Recall feelings of appreciation. Gradually release any lingering grievances. Stay connected to your heart and focus on sending out positive emotions. Heart Coherence: Your heart, brain, and nervous system work in harmony. This plays a huge role in creating clarity and focus your life. It’s becoming finely tuned. First, breathe in love, and when you exhale, deliver that love to every cell in your body and all aspects of your being. You’re staying grounded in your heart and offering support from a place of strength. Place one hand on the heart and one on the belly while breathing deeply fosters this alignment. Heart Align Heart Broadcast: You can intentionally send love into the world. Offer healing energy and goodwill to everyone you encounter. Heart-Gut Alignment Practice: Heart coherence helps you stay grounded and focused. You become more resilient in the face of life’s challenges. The heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain does to the heart. Find joy in each moment. 1.Dark Heart Stage In this first stage, we may feel disconnected from ourselves, from others, and from the deeper flow of life. There can be a heaviness in the chest—a sense of being overwhelmed by stress, confusion, or emotional fog. Old wounds and fears may surface, and the mind feels clouded, searching for meaning. This stage is not a punishment, but an initiation: a time when the heart’s light is hidden so that we can learn to face our shadows, to sit with discomfort, and to begin the journey inward. Meditation: The Dark Heart Stage Find a quiet space. Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale. As you settle into stillness, feel the weight of your body supported by the earth. Notice your chest, your heart center. Perhaps there is a heaviness there… a sense of disconnection… a feeling of being overwhelmed by stress, confusion, or fog. Breathe gently into this space. Allow whatever is present—old wounds, old fears, any shadows—to simply rise without judgment. Let them be here with you. Pause As you sit with these feelings, remind yourself softly: This is not a punishment. This is an initiation. The heart’s light may feel hidden, but it is not gone. In this stage, you are learning to face your shadows, to sit with discomfort, to open yourself to the deeper journey within. Close Breathe in once more… slowly… and as you exhale, feel a quiet strength growing in your chest. Even in the dark, a seed of light lives within you. Rest here for a few moments… listening… breathing… simply being. When you are ready, gently open your eyes and return to your day with softness. Mystical: The Dark Heart Stage In the first turning of the path, we step into the shadowed chamber of the heart. Here, we may feel cut adrift, separated from ourselves, from those we love, and from the deeper currents that carry life. A weight gathers in the chest, and a veil of fog drifts through the mind. Stress we cannot name, memories half‑forgotten, ancient fears rise like ghosts, and we wander within, searching for a lantern in the dark. But hear this truth whispered by the unseen: this is no curse, no punishment. It is an initiation. A sacred rite where the heart’s flame withdraws so that we may learn to walk by starlight, to meet the shadows without fleeing, to sit within the Mystery itself. In this hidden night, the soul begins its inward journey, and the first sparks of deeper light are quietly born.  2.Propelled Heart Stage This second stage marks a stirring within. The heart begins to move, to awaken, to propel itself beyond the fog of the first stage. It is not yet a place of ease. It is a crucible of becoming, a fragile turning point where the old patterns still echo loudly:  I’m not good enough. Who am I to try? Self-doubt, frustration, and even fear rise up like waves, testing the edges of your resolve. Yet beneath that noise, something truer stirs—a subtle coherence, a faint rhythm of the heart aligning with a deeper flow. This stage is not polished; it is raw and alive. You are no longer fully lost, but not yet fully found. Every effort feels heavy yet necessary, like pushing through thick undergrowth toward a glimmer of light. The heart propels itself forward despite the resistance, learning to trust that its movement is enough. Propelled Heart Stage A stirring begins within. The heart trembles, then leans forward, awakening, pushing past the veils of the first fog. Not yet a place of ease, but a crucible of becoming. A tender turning, fragile and fierce, while old patterns echo: I’m not enough. Who am I to try? Waves rise. Self-doubt, frustration, and fear testing the edges of resolve, yet beneath the clamor, a truer pulse emerges, a rhythm aligning with something vaster than thought. This stage is unpolished, raw, and alive. You are no longer fully lost, but not yet fully found. Each step is heavy yet holy, like pressing through tangled undergrowth toward a distant glimmer of light. And still the heart propels itself, forward, forward, learning in secret that its movement alone is enough. 3.Steady Heart Stage Here in the third turning, a stillness takes root, deep in the chamber

New: Baba Vanga And Nostradamus’ Predictions 2025 to 2030

July 2025 Newsletter Update Introduction Throughout history, seers and mystics have captivated the human imagination. They claim glimpses into the future. Among the most enduring names are Baba Vanga, the blind Bulgarian mystic. There is also Nostradamus, the 16th-century French apothecary and astrologer. Both have predictions for 2025 to 2030. Though separated by centuries, both figures cite warnings of global events. Their forecasts for the period between 2025 and 2030 are particularly compelling. They align with the growing belief in a collective awakening of humanity.  Baba Vanga’s outlook often emphasized spiritual transformation. This suggests that humanity would face trials that could lead to evolution on a soul level. Many believe Nostradamus foresaw a “new golden age” following a period of darkness. He implies that humanity must go through tribulations before achieving greater awareness. Baba Vanga’s Predictions for 2025 to 2030 Baba Vanga, the blind Bulgarian mystic died in 1996. She is credited with making various predictions. Most of her predictions were passed on orally and interpreted. 2025:  Overpopulation: Europe would face serious overpopulation problems, leading to social and political instability. Climate Refugees: Environmental crises could cause mass migration and conflicts over resources.  2026: Military Escalation: A major nation involves in possible warfare. Global Food Crisis: The start of a long-term food shortage due to environmental damage or war. 2027: Human Contact with Extraterrestrials. One of Baba Vanga’s most circulated predictions is that humans will make contact with aliens. Scientific Breakthroughs. In the field of medicine, including organ growth or cloning. 2028: Search for New Energy: Humanity begins a serious quest for a new energy source. Possibly tapping into solar power on a larger scale using solar satellites. Manned Mission to Venus. Far-fetched given today’s space timelines, she predicted a human mission to Venus. 2029: World Economy Improves. The global financial situation stabilizes. It improves due to major economic reforms or technological advances. 2030: Underwater Civilizations or Cities. Vanga predicted humans would build or discover underwater as shelters or scientific bases. Global Governance or Unification. The world starts moving toward a unified global leadership or common political system. Nostradamus’ Predictions for 2025 to 2030 Nostradamus, a 16th-century French astrologer and physician. He published his most famous work, Les Prophéties in 1555. This book contains 942 quatrains (four-line poems) as predictions of future events. , Global Conflict or World War III: Quatrains Referenced: Century II, Quatrain 62; Century VIII, Quatrain 77. Interpretation. Some believe Nostradamus foresaw a possible third world war. It involved Europe and the Middle East.  “Fire from the sky” and “cities reduced to ashes” are often interpreted as nuclear warfare. Applied Timeline. Some interpret this as occurring mid to late 2020s. Climate Crisis and Natural Disasters:  Quatrains Referenced: Century I, Quatrain 46; Century II, Quatrain 3  Interpretation. Mentions “the sky will burn at forty-five degrees” and “great floods.” This links to climate change, global warming, or increased natural disasters. Applied Timeline. Many suggest an acceleration of extreme weather from 2025 onward. Rise of Artificial Intelligence and Robots: Quatrains Referenced: Century I, Quatrain 25 (interpreted metaphorically). Interpretation. Lines about “man becoming machine” or “iron beasts” tie to AI or transhumanism. Applied Timeline. Some link this to the rapid rise of AI between 2025 – 2030. Genetic Engineering and Extended Life: Interpretation. No quatrains mention genetics. Yet, some interpretations claim Nostradamus hinted at humanity extending life. Even playing god with human biology. Applied Timeline. Many see this aligning with real-world CRISPR. and longevity research breakthroughs expected by 2030. CRISPR is an immune system used by microbes to find and end unwanted invaders. Collapse or Crisis of the Papacy: Quatrains Referenced: Century II, Quatrain 97; Century V, Quatrain 92. Interpretation. Nostradamus wrote of “the great Roman dying” and “a black pope.” This is often interpreted as the death or removal of a pope and turmoil in the Vatican. Applied Timeline. Some speculate a major papal event between 2025–2030. Astronomical Event or Asteroid Impact; Quatrains Referenced: Century II, Quatrain 41; Century I, Quatrain 69. Interpretation. “A great rock” falling from the sky led some to predict an asteroid or celestial body affecting Earth. Applied Timeline. Dates vary. Some associate this with the late 2020s. Potential threats, e.g., Apophis in 2029. It’s not expected to impact Earth. Shift in Global Power:  Quatrains Referenced: Century IV, Quatrain 50; Century V, Quatrain 5.  Interpretation. “The Eastern kings” taken to mean China or other Asian nations becoming dominant.  Applied Timeline. Interpreted as the global balance of power shifting more by 2030. Spiritual Awakening or New Religion:  Quatrains Referenced. Century I, Quatrain 96; Century VIII, Quatrain 66.  Interpretation. References to “a new sect” and “a great teacher from the East.” The rise of a new belief system or global spiritual movement.  Applied Timeline. Could emerge in response to global crises during 2025–2030. Conclusion  The strength of a country lies in how it treats the vulnerable ones. Mastery cannot exist in the absence of compassionate understanding of the plights of others. Indifference to the suffering of others begets a self-centeredness. That contracts awareness and dims the luminous expression of divinity.  The Seer Almine Mystic Let’s look at a change of direction and the power of collective awakening. In moments of global upheaval, millions across different nations feel a deep emotion. Such as outrage, betrayal, or sorrow. A powerful shift occurs beneath the surface of everyday life. This shift, although invisible, is profound. It’s a change in mood and reality. People begin to question the trust they once placed in leaders and institutions. They shed the illusion that those in power have their best interests at heart. A collective awakening unfolds. In that moment of shared realization, energy releases. A redirection of humanity’s path occurs. Conclusion Continuation  We catapult into a parallel timeline through consciousness. Beliefs break and illusions dissolve. The familiar future falters. Linear thinking begins to lose its grip. The plans we once clung to, careers, purchases, and routines, shift almost overnight. Material wealth, once a symbol of security and success, loses its sheen. Inner Child Healing

How to be a Loving Parent to Your Inner Child

Being a loving parent to your inner child is a powerful and transformative practice. It involves recognizing and nurturing the parts of you neglected, hurt, or suppressed. Offer yourself the love, care, and attention that you may not have received in the past. Allow yourself to heal and grow. Here are a few steps you can take to be a loving parent to your inner child.   1. Acknowledge Your Inner Child  Start by recognizing that the inner child is a real and important part of who you are. Your inner child represents your emotional experiences, memories, and wounds of your childhood. Acknowledge that this part of you deserves love and attention like any child does. 2. Practice Compassion  Be kind and compassionate toward your inner child. especially when you experience difficult emotions or triggers. Instead of judging yourself or feeling frustrated respond with the patience. and understanding you would offer a child in distress.  Ask yourself:  How would I treat a child who is upset, scared, or in pain? What would I say to comfort them? Respond to your inner child with similar care. 3. Reparent Yourself with Affirmations Offer your inner child loving and affirming words. Positive affirmations help reshape your self-talk and help heal wounds from the past. You might say things like: “You are safe now.” “I love and accept you, no matter what.” “You are enough as you are.”  4. Create a Safe Space for Your Inner Child Sometimes, our inner child feels scared or abandoned. Create a “safe space” in your life where you can connect with that part of yourself. Give yourself permission to feel your emotions. Engage in activities you enjoyed as a child. Allow yourself to rest without judgment. 5. Nurture Your Creativity and Playfulness Children often express themselves through creativity, play, and spontaneity. Allow yourself to do the same! Engage in hobbies or activities that make you feel free. This can be drawing, playing games, dancing, or being silly. Don’t worry about being “productive.” Enjoy the experience. 6. Meet Your Own Needs Be proactive in caring for your emotional and physical needs, as you would for a child. This means: Setting healthy boundaries. Making time for self-care. Prioritizing your well-being. Allowing yourself rest and rejuvenation when needed.  7. Heal Emotional Wounds  If you have unresolved issues from your childhood, consider addressing them. This might involve therapy, journaling, or talking to someone you trust. Acknowledging your pain and processing it can help you heal and nurture your inner child.  8. Forgive and Let Go If there are parts of your childhood that are painful, learn to forgive both others and yourself. Holding onto resentment or guilt can hurt the inner child.  Offering forgiveness doesn’t mean excusing harmful behavior. It’s more about freeing yourself from the emotional burden.  9. Be Playful and Curious  Children are curious and open to exploring the world with wonder. Let your inner child lead you to new experiences, and allow yourself to approach life with a sense of awe. Ask questions, explore new hobbies. Allow yourself the freedom to experience life without rigid expectations. 10. Be Patient and Gentle Healing takes time. A child needs time to grow, so does your inner child. Don’t rush the process of self-love and healing. Be gentle with yourself. When you stumble or face challenges. Remember that you’re a lifelong parent to your inner child. Being a loving parent to your inner child isn’t about “fixing” yourself. It’s about offering yourself the love and care you need to heal, grow, and feel whole. It’s a journey of self-compassion, and it’s okay to take it one step at a time.  How does that resonate with you?  Do you have any practices already in place that support this?
