7 Stress Relief Secrets

Become aware of the related events, feelings, the critical self-talk.

Carl Jung explored the shadow sides of our psyche in depth. We have a personal shadow side made up of qualities which we like to ignore. On a deeper level there lurks the collective shadow of humanity which affects us all. War erupts as an aspect of a national or global shadow side.
The negative parts of ourselves, which we avoid, remain buried where they continue adding to our stress, suffering, and sabotage our conscious efforts.
Our relationships and life situations mirror these parts back to us daily.
By bringing our shadow parts into the light of our awareness, they can heal and thereby reveal new strengths to us. In addition we experience stress relief.

Choose to become aware of your resistances to life, to your unconscious reactions to say “No.” This resistance magnifies our stress levels.

One miracle which we take for granted is that of our bodies. Any unresolved emotions such as trauma and abuse become stored in our bodies. This creates stress. When we become willing and make a conscious choice to begin healing these emotions, we feel stress relief .
