Sacred Language Mantras

I have practiced Hebrew Mantras for over 30 years. This is with teachings from J.J. Hurtak. Practice out loud preferably, for most benefit. Internal practice helps also. Great for raising Consciousness in troubled times.

Sacred Language includes Egyptian, Hebrew, Sanskrit, Tibetan and Chinese. The mantras of these languages activate our higher consciousness. This occurs through color and energy frequencies and geometries.

Practice Mantras Daily

  • Focus on your third eye
  • Begin again with slow and rhythmic deep breathing.
  • Completely concentrate on your breath.
  • Begin repeating mantra, slowly over and over again (English transliteration of the Hebrew letters.)
  • If possible, vibrate the letters at the pitch of middle C.
  • Start with 5 minutes a day and try to work up to 20 minutes a day. As you bring yourself out of the meditation, remember to sit for a few minutes to come back from alpha state.
