Do you often feel overwhelmed, stressed, powerless or out of balance?These conditions show an undeveloped energy line of force. You may be out of alignment.
Fortunately, you can build a line of force. Also, you can come back into alignment.
What is Line of Force?
Line of Force refers to building and connecting with core power center in your physical body. Building your Line of Force involves consciously connecting with your head and heart. Then your belly. This discipline increases your Will Power.

Now I talk about the inner energy aspects of this referred to as the Sushumna.
A spiritual line of force exists in our etheric body. Hatha Yogi’s call this the Sushumna. Sushumna, as a line of force, manifests as current of inner energy. This power resides inside our spinal column.
As the Earth has a central axis, so do we, the Sushumna. A flow of energy or consciousness radiates up and down the Sushumna.
How to Balance Your Energy
See, feel, imagine or visualize a vertical Light ray throughout your spine. This Light comes from the Creator, Divine, God or Source. Breath directly from the Divine into the top crown of your head. Now breath it down into your energetic heart. Continue breathing down your body and into the earth below your feet. Finally, breath all the way down into the central axis of the Earth.
- You connect to the center of Divine Conscious. Then through your inner core and into the Earth core.
- You may see colors to this electric flow. Perhaps you experience a pulse or vitality with your body.
- Repeat the above for a total of at least 3 times.
Do this every day as a practice. Do it throughout the day when you start feeling overwhelmed or out of balance.
Initially, you will get knocked out of your line of force. Old patterns of learned behavior from childhood will bump you off center. These wounds live in our lower 3 chakras.
Invite your connection to Source. Breath through your Sushumna and into the Earth core and back to Source again. We consciously come back to our inner core. Continue healing your wounds of the lower chakras.
Note: As you develop, the energy or Light comes down the center of your body. Then it automatically returns to Source up your back. A spiral moves up and down all your chakras. You can also see or visualize this.
