Sometimes empathic children unknowingly pick up toxic energies. Toxicity sticks to them like sticky residue. It comes from crowded places, people or upsetting or violent situations. Toxic energy may come from angry, mean people or bullies.
The critical role of parents, grandparents and mentors requires supporting empathic children. This involves recognizing their natural intuition, sensitivity and wisdom.
Encourage your empathic children to develop his/her gifts at their own pace.
Empathic Children: Clearing and Protection
1 Show your children how to wash their hands under running water. Tell them to imagine the sticky/bad feeling washed off and going down the sink.
2 Take a shower: Have your child call upon Angels to wash away all bad feelings or upsets. Have them imagine every drop of water filled with golden-white light. Tell them to see this light washing their whole-body head to toe. Picture their body lit up with sparkles of gold, inside and out.
3 Take a bath: Another method requires bathing. This cleanses and clears the whole body of energetic toxins. First, put in 2 cups of Epsom salts or bath salts. Second, 1 cup of baking soda and 10 drops of lavender essential oil. Lastly, fill the tub with hot or warm water.
4 Calling Healing Angels: Call in Archangel Raphael (the Archangel of Healing). Call in Mother Mary. Also you can call the child’s healing angels. Have the child command these Beings to clear and balance his/her energetic chakras. The physical centers include tailbone, navel and stomach. Also the centers of the heart, throat, middle of forehead and top back of the head. Tell these Angelic Beings to patch any leaks in the child’s energy field. Finally, have these Beings fluff out the child’s energy around their body/aura.
5 Empathic Children: Nature/Earthing/Grounding
Empathic children may tend to be ungrounded/lack connection with the earth. This means they live in the upper parts/chakras of their bodies.
They may experience disorientation or dizziness. See if stamping their feet on the ground and breathing helps ground them.
The best medicine lies in nature. Walk, lie or sit barefooted on the dirt, grass, rock or sand. Breathing fresh air invigorates. Have your child hug a tree or lie with his/her back against it. Hike, run and play in the open spaces or water. Watch the sunsets and sunrises. Observe the beauty of nature.
6 Tree Exercise for Grounding
Have the child imagine himself/herself as a tall tree. As a tree strong roots grow from the feet down deep and deeper into the earth. Go down into the middle of the earth. Imagine a golden ball of Light. Have the child grow his/her roots around and into the golden ball
Now pull that golden energy up, up, through the rocks and into your feet. Feel the energy enter the ankles, legs and then it anchors into the heart. Finally, feel the love of Mother Earth. Feel Mother Earth holding you in her arms, safe and secure. Sense the golden energy fill your head. Feel it running down into your feet. You sense the golden energy filling from head to toe.
In Conclusion: Parents see what works with your children. You can also use the tools for yourself.
Conscious Reminder: To love a child aged 3-6 is to encourage his/her independent actions. Support his/her initiatives, as well as their curiosity and creativity.
