Emotional Health provides stories of people who healed their emotional suffering by healing physical and emotional abuse, improving emotional health, reducing pain, recovering from codependency and also spiritual awakening.
BookBuzzr 3. In this Authors Interview what was the hardest part of writing your book?
Writing for two years straight 5 days a week with no previous writing skills or training and no internet in the mid 90’s to do any research. Leaving the book for about 10 years and then basically scrapping over half the book when I looked at it again. I spent a year interviewing people about their experiences and another year doing rewrite after rewrite after rewrite. Rewrites pose the hardest part of writing.

BookBuzzr 4. What books have had the greatest influence on you?
In my mid 20’s I went into a “New Age” bookstore and intuitively picked the I Ching and the Tarot by Paul Foster Case. Carl Jung influenced me a lot. I once had his 20 volume hard cover set. My reading and study included a lot of Rudolf Steiner, as well as the writings of Alice Bailey over many years. I also studied the Keys of Enoch by J.J. Hurtak for ten years. Now I am reading and absorbing Yogananda’s The Second Coming of Christ.
BookBuzzr 5. In this Authors Interview briefly share with us what you do to market your book?
Initially, I went on a month virtual blog tour to promote my book by writing many different related types of blogs for people in my niche of energy healing and emotional healing. Since 2010 I have started an author’s blog site and written over 140 articles, mostly related to subjects in my book. I include the book on the site, as well as at the end of each article. I also promote a lot on twitter.
BookBuzzr 6. In this Authors Interview how do you spend your time when you are not writing?
In the past, I assisted in personal growth seminars for parents with emotionally challenged teen girls and also taught self-esteem groups for teen girls. Now I do some hiking tours in Sedona Arizona to assist people with emotional and spiritual breakthroughs while they are on the land.
BookBuzzr 7. In this Authors Interview what are you working on next?
At the moment, I am involved in major inner emotional and spiritual changes. I am preparing for a big shift in my life in the next 6 months which will be doing something on a bigger scale involving energy healing, teaching people and spiritual writing.
