Suffering springs only when our mind indulges in unnecessary thoughts about living in past or future, without living in the present. This constant commentary or dialogue in the mind is the cause for all suffering.Sri Bhagavan, Oneness University
What is Spiritual Awakening?
Our minds keep us separate. Our mind can never figure out Spiritual Awakening or make it happen.
Spiritual Awakening means dissolving of one’s self as a separate being. It refers to a growing awareness of reality, lived fully moment to moment.
Why is Awakening occurring at this time? It happens because of a rapid evolution caused for the first time in human history. Cosmic energies through our sun have speeded up evolution since 1999. Each of the over seven billion people will have a unique type of Spiritual Awakening.
This article updates the previous article of October 2011. Since December 21, 2012 to May 21, 2013 the number of spiritually awakened people in the world has now increased from 70,000 to 806,000. This represents about 1 person in every 10,000.

- Any type of exercise done in moderation also assists release of tension and movement of lymph to assist removal of toxins from our bodies.
2. Sleep Patterns Change:
- Has your sleep changed? Do you wake up more tired? Have your dreams changed some?
- If possible rest more when you can. Our bodies need more rest and sleep to adapt to the changes of energy.

In the beginning of my work, I matter-of-factly presumed that emotions were in the head or brain. Now I would say they are really in the body and are part of the body. Dr. Candace Pert, Molecules of Emotion
Change Your Emotions
Every time we have a thought, an emotion links to that thought. If our bodies contain our emotions then how do emotions affect our bodies and our health?
Science shows every emotion creates a chemical reaction in our brains, whether positive or “negative.” Emotions stimulate our hypothalamus, a gland at the top end of our brain stem. Chemical signals, neuropeptides, then release into our blood stream which in turn affect our endocrine system, organs and cells.
Did you know negative emotions lock into our cells? When this occurs cells no longer ingest proper nutrition and toxicity increases in our bodies compromising our health.
Research by the Institute of Heart Math found a link between the emotions and our heart. We have a brain in the heart. Heart Math found a magnetic field emitting from the heart 500-5000 times faster than our brains. Thus, this explains why emotions have such a powerful affect. In addition our brain entrains – follows our heart rather than the other way around. So even if you mentally edit your thoughts your emotions continue to affect our body.
Negative emotions affect our heart as well as the rest of our body. Positive emotions, however, increase harmony in our hearts.
Go into your inner body; feel that your energy field is alive. And you’ll notice, you’re not thinking anymore. You can still listen. Eckhart Tolle
Do you know how to go inside and connect with your inner body awareness? Most of the time, our daily attention takes us outside our bodies. We focus on outer tasks and people. We stay caught up in our minds, thinking, thinking, and thinking.
Can you stay present with the sensations inside your body?
Can you feel the energy within?
